注册了一个 aws 账号，用 root 登录，但却无法使用大模型

提示需要体检表单：Submit use case details for Anthropic 但是一提交就报错，不知道怎么处理了，哪位大佬指点下哈，感谢🙏 Your account is not authorized to perform this action. Please create a support case ( https://console.aws.amazon.com/support/home) with details about your use case and we will get back to you.
