「远程访问。您可将实际使用许可设备的单一用户指定为许可用户，但频度不要超过每 90 天一次。许可用户可使用远程访问技术从其他设备访问许可设备。其他用户在不同的时间可使用远程访问技术从其他设备访问许可设备，但前提是在已单独获得运行此软件的相同版本或更高版本的许可的设备上。」

也就是说

1. 每 90 天可以指定一名用户作为这份 Windows 的主人（比如小明）。
2. 指定这名主人（小明）可以从任意设备远程连接到这个 Windows 。
3. 90 天内，不能指定新主人（比如，不能换成小红）
4. 其他用户，也就是非这名主人（比如小红），连接到这个 Windows 时，远程用的设备，必须是相同版本或更高版本的 Windows 。如果从 Linux/macOS/Android 连接，那就违反 EULA 了。
